Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and sometimes schedule adjustments need to be made, but when an appointment is cancelled last minute I lose out on that appointment time and other clients wanting to book also miss out on that appointment slot. This is why I require at least 24 hours notice before cancellation, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your card.
If you are running late, please be courteous and notify me ahead of time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, adjustments may need to be made to the service you booked because running behind schedule affects every appointment after yours and is not fair to those clients or me. If you are more than 30 minutes late you forfeit your appointment and a 100% no-show fee will be charged to your card.
